Grappa Aperol Spritz

Give that Aperol Spritz some kick


  • 2 oz Aperol Chilled
  • 2 oz Prosecco Chilled
  • 1 oz Grappa
  • 1 oz Club Soda Chilled
  • 1 splash Orange juice (Blood Orange preferred) Chilled
  • 2 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 pinch Orange zest
  • 4 cubes Ice
  • 1 quarter slice Orange


  • In a Double Old Fashioned glass (or large Highball)
  • Add Ice, Aperol, Grappa, Orange bitters, and Orange juice
  • Using a tilted side pour to preserve effervescence, add Prosecco and Club Soda
  • Use pinch of Orange zest to rim the glass
  • Garnish with quarter slice of Orange
